A digital makeover of the November 23, 2024 issue of The Economist. Musk's rockets have been replaced with the sexually charged orchid - it is always better to receive than it is to give😉 The male genitalia on the car points to the orchid, ready to receive. The nectarine is replaced with an avocado, calling attention to my origin country, Chile, water rationing since the 1950's. A circus banner decorates the Whitehouse. The rabbit is multi-layered with meaning. I am a rabbit in Chinese astrology, but it is also a messenger and storyteller, depending on cultural context. I grasp the hydra, wailing and snapping, a symbol of anxieties I have overcome, and continue to grapple. I hope to inspire our collective consciousness and our ability to overcome the chaos.
The art came first, then found the music track from Quentin Tarantino’s movie “Pulp Fiction” and the vibes vibed!
